Steven A. Starnes, CFP^®, MBA
Planner

Steve has over seven years of experience in the financial planning industry. He graduated with bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan. He graduated from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business with his MBA in May, 2010.

Steve is a member of the national Financial Planning Association and the Financial Planning Association of the National Capital Area.

As a relationship manager for many of the firm’s clients, Steve is involved in all aspects of integrated wealth management, including client meetings, financial planning analyses, estate planning, tax planning and preparation, investment management, philanthropic giving and other complex financial issues. He is a member of The Monitor Group’s Investment Committee.

Prior to joining The Monitor Group, Steve was a financial planner with another wealth management firm in Michigan.
